I used the chocolate to make my popular Maida Heatter recipe -- parve and gluten free chocolate walnut torte, with icing fro "Spice and Spirit." I am restraining myself from eating the chocolate as candy, The flavor and texture is exceptional.

I discovered this exceptional kosher, parve dark chocolate several years ago. I had not been pleased with other online places to order, and when I googled my search this year, Oh Nuts appeared. Today I will use it to make a chocolate walnuts torte for Passover. And it is good just to eat, unlike most dark chocolate bars. And, I will certainly order from Oh Nuts again!

I think this is the best dark chocolate in bar form. The essence of dark chocolate. Hard to locate in the stores, although we found it initially in a grocery store in the Passover section. So grateful OHnuts carries them.
