Package popped in transit

I bought this to give as a Thank-you for some community members, over Chanukah. The tray came with the plastic popped open, and all the candies & chocolates scattered around the box. We tried to make it look presentable, but it felt cheap to give an open tray of treats...

There was a mixup when the FIRST pkg was delivered to the wrong address...I immediately wrote your store and they were very gracious in sending out a new package right away. My daughter and family received it while it was still CHANUKAH!

Use care when opening as it could spill out

I purchased this and other gifts for my sister for Chanukah, She really liked the plate and the items she ate. However, the packaging was not optimum. As she was opening it, the little plastic inserts spilled out their contents onto the floor so those were not tasted. She could not say if it was due to poor packaging or to the carrier bouncing it around but the tray was not broken so it is more likely packaging. Open this one with care.
