WE sent this as a gift, the recipients were pleased, but I did not ask about "ratings". We have never had a complaint from people who we have sent gifts from OH Nuts over the years. We are very pleased with this company

I ordered the Hanukkah Party in a Box as a last minute gift for family. Everything about ordering went smooth. No complaints about the item. I did have a question about the order so I called customer service and I was treated very kindly.
