I make a no-calorie hot chocolate mix by adding baking chocolate powder to Splenda. On Passover, it's harder to get measures-as-sugar sweetener. This is in smalll packets but is more powerful. I tore open 50 packs and mixed iy with 4-5 spoons of baking powder, in an empty canister of passover hot chocolate mix I saved from last year. The result is delicious on Yomtov and Chol HaMoed, facilitating learn many pages of Daf. Totally recommend!!!
I wish there was a source for measures-as-sugar sweetener, because I'm used to measuring during the rest of the year. I made a sign for the box- "Strong Sweetener, use a small amount"
