Outstanding!

This product was disgusting! It arrived moldy! It was embarrassing to me to have sent such a horrible product! I will never do business with you again. My son who receive the package called and got no satisfaction with the person who answered the phone and then with the supervisor! He continued to show his dissatisfaction by writing an email. And got no response! Your company is not responsive to customers complaints. Your advertisements on the phone are deceptive. They say that you have a passion for perfection, you take pride in your products, you wanted it to be a sweet experience, and you want to make the customer happy. Nothing of that sort was done to satisfy my sons complaints about the moldy product! When I finally reached by chance Tami at your company a solution was found. Had it not been for her nothing would have done to resolve this problem.

Another great "coffee and..." treat. Though the bobka texture is a little different, it's very acceptable as a Passover cake. The filling is beyond chocolate -- nosh it alone if the cake happens to fall apart! This was gone in almost a flash. Delicious any time of the day!

Sent to relatives in Dallas who enjoyed it tremendously at their Seder.
