My bride was missing the frosted circus animals due to the gluten. She was so surprised when I got these for Valentine’s Day!

We ended up eating most of the first box the day it arrived, and had to order more for the week. We all love these cookies! I have celiac's and my children show signs of gluten intolerance, so we eat a gluten-free diet. We haven't been able to find gluten-free frosted animal cookies elsewhere, so they were excited to try these and the cookies did not disappoint. They're a favorite at our house now.

My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and can no longer eat gluten. We are finding a lot of gluten free foods are lacking desirable qualities of the gluten-containing version - BUT NOT THESE COOKIES! They are even better than the frosted animal crackers we used to buy. Even I like them and I don't have to eat gluten free foods. Highly recommend!
