Elegant and Delicious

I sent this to 3 very different families: Israeli machatunim, American machatunim, and child of holocaust survivors friend in California. They all loved it and were thrilled to display it on their tables and share it with their families and friends. The layout was appealing, the taste was fresh, and even the empty platter was colorful, elegant, and had no blank space on it.
