| How do I determine whether I need Heat Resistant Packaging |
| Check the weather forecast for zip code 11434 and the zip code of the shipping destination. If the temperature at either zip code reaches 78 degrees within the next 10 days, your heat-sensitive items are subject to melt. |

| Shipping Options |
| If shipping to your destination does not exceed 2 days in transit, you may select UPS Ground Shipping as your shipping method. Otherwise, the system will automatically select 2nd Day Air Shipping, should you decide to switch it to Ground Shipping, the Heat Resistant Packaging Guarantee will be voided.UPS Ground Transit Times Map. |

| Weekend Delivery Policy |
| Since Heat Resistant Packaging lasts up to 48 hrs, orders placed after Wednesday, 2pm, will ship out the following Monday to prevent the items from melting over the weekend. |

| Shipping to Southern States (FL, TX, AZ, NM, LA) |
| If you're shipping to the Southern States when our Heat Resistant Packaging alert is not in effect, check the weather forecast for the zip code of the shipping destination. If the temperature of either zip code reaches 78 degrees within the next 10 days, select 2nd Day Air Shipping and we'll include the heat resistant packaging for free. |
