I enjoy these hazelnuts because the skins are removed (most available elsewhere are not), they are roasted perfectly, and not too salty. I snack on them, chop them to use atop dishes like pastas or vegetable dishes (in place of pinenuts, almonds, or pecans), and sprinkle a few on salads. They are a great value, too.
