I use the macadamia nuts in making my choclate chip cookies. The nuts add flavor and texture to my cookies. They are much larger than regular Macadamias so I cut them in half. I don't have to add as many to my receipe. I also purchase them as gifts for my family. We all agree that they have an exceptional flavor.

We just eat it during cocktail hour and it's great. The nuts are large, roasted, but not too done, salted enough, but not too much and the taste is great. It would be nice if the cost were less.

I started eating a half a pound per week and then it became one pound per week and then it became a pound and a half per week and now it is two pounds per week. Don't believe what they tell you about nuts and gaining weight. If you eat nuts that don't have sugar in them then you will not gain weight. These nuts are delicious and have no sugar in them. In fact I'm losing weight right now and I'm going to the shoemaker to have another hole drilled into my belt so that I can keep my pants up.

I love these nuts for my holiday white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, they add just the right amount of salty crunch to the sweet cookie dough. My grandson and I love to snack on the left over nuts while we wait for the cookies to bake.

There is a lot of flavor in these macadamia nuts. Also there is no sugar in these macadamia nuts which is very important for people who want to get the healthy benefits of nuts without the unhealthy weight gain that sugar creates. Most macadamia nuts have sugar in them but these don't and you're not sacrificing flavor because the flavor is plentiful. Charlie

Oh my - my mouth thinks it died and went to heaven. Macadamia nuts have a sweet, mild flavor. Are they a bit expensive? Yes, but to a lover of these nuts, that is irrelevant. I think when anyone comes across a special treat, they'll part with the extra funds gladly. I do have to ration them to myself. I want the treat to last awhile. These are wonderful, and the bag is full of whole nuts and not a bunch of pieces. Enjoy!
