Very good, I would just like to see them a little saltier. It is so nice not having to shell them before using. I make a pistachio shortbread cookie and will need to add a little salt to my recipe since these are light on the salt. Even so, I will be back for more when my current supply is used up!

needs more salt Very high quality pistachios, no unwanted shell pieces or inedible parts in the bag, good packaging, excellent price. Other websites were more expensive. Similar to the quality Sunkist brand available for more $ in supermarkets. But needs more salt. Besides eating them at home, I keep some in a ziploc bag in my car so I have something to eat when I don't have time to stop for lunch. And that saves a lot of money too. It is much better than just bringing a candy bar.
