I buy these unsalted several pounds at a time then mix in one pound of the salted to make a lighter salted seed that is just perfect. I highly recommend that people try my method for cutting back on the salt without losing it entirely. It works quite well for other nuts too.

The roasted sunflower seeds w/o salt I purchased were delicious. They are a great healthy shack for the whole family. I'll be back for more.

I try to avoid salt, but just a hint of salt would help here - not as much as on the salted variety, but just a touch. Otherwise they are still quite good.
