Heart Shaped Lucite Dish

I placed my order over the phone and was told that best efforts would be made to accommodate my particular requests for specific candies to be included. My service rep then noted my requests and indicated that it really shouldn't be a problem to accommodate at least some of my requests. Unfortunately, none of my requests were honored. I followed up with another phone call and was told that I should not have been guaranteed best efforts would be made. While I am a frequent in store shopper, I was very much turned off by this. I was also told that I would receive a call from management the next day, yet I was never contacted. Unfortunately the gift contained chocolate covered cherries which are a candy despised by the recipient. Apart from having been misguided by customer service, I was very happy with the presentation. The other items that were included were tasty despite not being requested by me.
