A real treat for erev-Pesach

It was great to have something non-gebrochts for my kids to eat Erev Pesach. The flavor was a bit like a kichel but pretty good for a passover cookie.

I opened these cookies the first night of Passover. They are one of my favorites so I ate a couple, then gave my friends some to taste. They were fresh, flavorful and even though they were shipped and sat in the UPS warehouse, it didn't take away the freshness of these fantastic cookies. I plan to order more in the near future.

The black and whites were used as part of our dessert after one of the Seders. You'd never know that they were for passover. Great Taste! Everyone loved them.

iT'S SUCH A good COOKIE THAT i WOULD use it year-round....wish I could get the recipe as I hate any-thing "bakeable" for Passover and I bake ALOT...I will definitely order these again and NEVER tell they are Passover cookies.
