From Linz, Austria came the tradition of the Linzer Torte that eventually morphed into the Linzer tart. A Linzer tart done right is a perfectly flavored double layer of cookie sandwiching in a sweet filling. A Linzer Tart done Passover right means a double-layer Pesach cookie which omits the flour (and hence is gluten free) and adheres to a high standard of Kashrus for Pesach. The flavor of these Pesach Linzer Tarts is rich and complex. Handcrafted, these Passover cookies look great and taste super delicious.

All but 4 cookies were broken or in crumbs. Other than that, they were delicious.

At the end of the Seder meal, I put out a cookie tray and three different sorbets and then said : I am tired. So it is DIY dessert. And everyone was happy. They got up, stretched, made their own decisions, congregated at the kitchen counter, compared notes.
