Great for snacking anytime day or night.

This sponge cake is an old-time favorite of mine. It tastes just like the sponge cake my Bubba baked during the Passover holiday for our family many decades ago.

Sponge cake was really good. I use it mainly to make Passover French toast. Also tasty with strawberries and whipped cream.
