The honey cake was well packaged, but crumbly trying to slice it in the aluminum pan . It is soft and moist, with a nice texture.. The taste is actually between average and very tasty, a more subtle flavor, not too sweet.

This is the best honey cake I have every had. Moist, tender and literally almost didn't make it past the Sedar night! Will definitely be ordering again but this time will probably order 2! Thanks!
