Delicious but sender unacknowledged

This was a gift. The recipients said everything was delicious but they didn't know who had sent it. Apparently there is some kind of confusion in the ordering process so the sender is not acknowledged and made known to the recipient. This will definitely discourage me from using you to send any more gifts to friends and/or family. This is very disappointing considering the food was delicious according to the recipients.

Weather delayed the delivery to my friend by one solid week. Product was perfect.

Recipient really liked the product, said it was delicious. Only problem is that they said there was no gift message. They had no idea whom it was from until i asked if they'd received it, which i really already knew from the tracking information. If i hadn't contacted them i would never have known there was no message and they never would have known whom it was from. That is the only reason i didn't give this item 5 stars.
