What could possibly be better than ground hazelnuts for baking? I have made cookies, and cakes with this product and the flavor is superb. The only thing I could ask for is for the company to also sell this product roasted, as I have had to roast the ground nuts myself, and dont always get an even roast throughout the entire product. Still a great product, at a great price that I will definitely buy again.

this product helped saving so much time. it was easier than shelling and roasting hazel nuts in the shell. made baking cakes and frosting so much easier. i highly recommend this product to all bakers. the ordering process was also easy. that is a MAJOR plus. i have already shared this site w/ friends. i will be using this site again to order. Excellent product.

I love to bake cakes with Hazelnuts,I have the most wonderful recepies from Germany , problem is, I can't find them grounded in a store and it is too much work to buy them whole and than ground them.
I am very grateful for "Oh Nuts ", now I can bake away !

I like to bake with hazelnuts, I have quit a few recepies from Germany,that require grounded hazelnuts, problem is, that I can not find them in a local store.I was all excited,when I discovered "Oh nuts". The merchandise is top quality, I can bake now any time I feel like it !Thank you very much.

I make Baklava and my version I call Irish because I make it with hazelnuts. Ground hazelnuts are a great timesaver because I usually grind atleast two pounds. So thank you Oh!Nuts.

A way to save time!

We use to shell our hazzlenuts. Then they came shelled, but you had to take the skin off of the Next came the blanched nuts, and finally a ground hazzlenut by the pound. It doesn't get any better. No more complaints on how hard it is to bake the cake.

The hazelnut cookie recipe has been in our family for over 100 years. Every year we used to have to buy the hazelnuts,shell them and then grind them. This was an awesome find! i did not have time to go to the store and they were here in time for my baking! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the quality of the nuts! I will definately be re-ordering from here!
