I have a blue and gold parrot her favorite food is in the shell walnuts which are hard to find in grocery stores other than during the holidays. I was very pleased with my order none were broken and all top quality size nuts.

We use the nuts to make our traditional Charosets which everyone adores! Then we use even more walnuts to make a scrumptious Passover walnut cake that always is a big hit!

I snack on these a couple times a week and they are delicious and satisfying. Doctor says there are oils in walnuts you can't get elsewhere. Gotta get 'em in the shell 'cause once they're cracked they don't keep well.
