Healthy snack helps hubby get healthy!!!

We tried this snack as a healthy option to chips/candy/and other snack foods. My hubby loves it, and I've been able to use it as an integral part of his lunches and snacks. The protein fills him up, and the unique blend of nuts and fruits satisfies his craving for "sweets" and "salty snacks." I also use in salads and other dishes to add variety and flavor. This cranberry mix has helped my husband lose 31 pounds to date, and still feel satisfied with his meals and snacks! A real win!!!

I bought these to help my boyfriend in his effort to eat healthier. The trail mix was to help eliminate his eating salty and sugary snacks. He loves them because he really likes the dried fruit in combination with nuts - and all the other yummy ingredients. We've tried some of the other mixes, but this is his favorite because it is a good blend of sweet but not too sweet. The nuts provide fiber and are filling.

I ordered these for a candy buffet for my wedding...I wanted to add variety and provide some healthy alternatives to the chocolates. It was a total hit! The guest emptied all of the bowls...good thing I tasted the products before we set them out. This mix was very very fresh and tasty!

I fill a container or sandwich bag and take to work. This snack is incredible when that time of day comes around when you find yourself hungry, but shouldn't or can't eat large, time consuming foods. Eat carefully as it is a little messy in the area you eat. The mix is a great blend of sweet and natural nuts. Plus it does not make for guilty pleasure. I keep large quantities on hand for all to enjoy..anytime. The additional fiber is also a Plus.
