Delicious, the best Passover dessert I ever had

It looks amazing. When we all took our first bite (at the Seder table) we all had the same reaction: is this dry? However, after a few more bites, everyone finished up their piece happily. Somehow it's great even though it may be a little dry. Never mind that: this is THE best Passover desert that I have ever tasted. MUCH better than the mass-produced, boxed desserts in traditional and even Kosher grocery stores
