Good idea

Good dessert for home or company or hostess gift. Cake was fresh and moist. The outer icing was soft; some of the icing was skimpy on top, partially because some of it had been absorbed by the cake. The almonds around the cake had good flavor. The mocha could have a stronger flavor besides just being sweet.

Ingredients: whole eggs, sugar, potato starch, egg white, egg yolk, walnuts, partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, cocoa, almonds, coffee, natural and artificial flavor, salt.
